From a concerned resident - Why are meeting s held online only now ? Too many of our residents are seniors and cannot access online meetings. For many years they were in held the garages, what is this board hiding? How can we ask questions when we cannot even attend?

As rule of thumb, the Condo owner is responsible for everything that occurs- drywall in. Meaning anything inside your unit. For example, any faulty electrical outlet that needs to be replaced, your furnace and associated central air unit, and air duct vents.

Additionally, the unit owner is repsonsble for all doors and windows attached to their unit.
